User-Generated Content ("UGC")

Content Ownership & Responsibility

UGC (such as property listings, comments, blogs, or questions) hosted on Acredge.in is solely the responsibility of the user who created it. Acredge.in acts as a neutral intermediary and does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for such content.

• You must ensure that your submissions do not violate any laws, intellectual property rights, or display objectionable or prohibited material (e.g., nudity, hate speech, child abuse, etc.).
• By submitting content, you grant Acredge.in a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and prepare derivative works from your submission for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.
• UGC may be accessible or visible to other users. Please exercise caution when sharing personal information.

Content Moderation & Removal

• Acredge.in reserves the right to remove, block, or moderate any content at its sole discretion if deemed unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
• Users may report objectionable or infringing content at connect@acredge.in; reported content will be reviewed and actioned within 48 hours.
• Users accept full legal responsibility for any content submitted and any resulting consequences.

Company Use and Rights

Listings, user details, leads, and UGC are treated as property of Acredge.in and may be used, shared, or promoted by the company, its partners, affiliates, or associates for marketing or operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

Accuracy of Information

All property information, project details, and market research posted on Acredge.in are for informational purposes only. Users are advised to conduct independent verification through appropriate channels (e.g., RERA websites) before making purchase or rental decisions.

Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding UGC) is the proprietary property of Acredge.in or its content suppliers. Trademarks not owned by Acredge.in remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Acredge.in, its officers, directors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use the Services. Users agree to indemnify and hold Acredge.in harmless against claims arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Amendments

Arbitration and Jurisdiction

Disputes will be subject to arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, according to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996.
